From the ad: “This antique car...”
me:
Also, Scranton? literal crack pipe.

It qualifies for antique plates in PA (and many other places).

Two years til I can get historics on my Golf. I won’t, though because then I’d technically be limited basically to driving it to shows and similar or to be serviced.

I would love to have collector plates on my D100, but the wheels and limited rust make it ineligible

Ah, does it have to be factory stock where you live to get them?

100% factory and free of any blemishes sadly. And people who have collectors plates love to tattle on those who have any violations

I didn’t really pay attention to this at first since you're on the other side of the world from me, but this is actually not far from where I live.

Wow. In Ohio I’m pretty sure the only requirements are that it can’t be your primary transportation and it has to be worth at least $100 at fair market value and has to be 25 years old. Pretty sure it can be as modified as you’d like.

Doesnt run and 3000? CP
Don’t care if they “ think” it’s the fuel pump. My rule is normally 500-1000 max for a car that doesn’t run. Don’t care how many miles.
